Currently, Psychpedia requires an internet connection to access questions and track your progress. We are exploring offline capabilities for future updates.

Billing & Subscription
Our 14-day free trial gives you full access to all premium features. No credit card is required to start. You can explore the entire question bank, use all study modes, and track your progress. At the end of the trial, you can choose to subscribe or continue with our limited free tier.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) through our secure payment processor, Stripe. All transactions are encrypted and your payment information is never stored on our servers.
Yes, absolutely! You can cancel your subscription at any time with no questions asked. If you cancel, you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.
When you cancel, you will continue to have Premium access until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the Free tier. Your progress and notes are preserved, so you can pick up where you left off if you resubscribe.
We offer refunds within the first 7 days of a new subscription if you are not satisfied. After 7 days, we do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. Please contact support for refund requests.
Yes! You can switch between billing cycles at any time from your account settings. If you upgrade to annual billing, we will prorate your remaining monthly subscription.
