Last updated: January 25, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Psychpedia. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Psychpedia website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Psychpedia is owned and operated by Mohammed Saad Alameri, a commercial establishment registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Commercial Registration Number: 7053485384). These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Description of Service

Psychpedia provides an online educational platform featuring a psychiatry question bank, study tools, performance analytics, and related educational content. The Service is designed to help medical students, residents, and clinicians prepare for examinations and enhance their psychiatric knowledge through evidence-based learning.

Educational Purpose Only: The content provided through our Service is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended to be, and should not be used as, a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of qualified health providers with questions regarding medical conditions.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Psychpedia does not provide medical advice. The content, questions, explanations, and educational materials available through our Service are for educational purposes only and are not intended to be, and should not be used as, a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Psychpedia does not replace clinical judgment. The information provided through our Service is not a substitute for the professional judgment of qualified healthcare providers. Clinical decisions should always be made by licensed medical professionals based on their assessment of individual patient circumstances, current clinical guidelines, and their professional expertise.

Psychpedia does not establish a doctor-patient relationship. Your use of our Service does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-patient, or any other professional relationship between you and Psychpedia, its owners, employees, or content contributors. No healthcare provider-patient relationship is formed through your use of this Service.

If you have a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately. For medical questions or concerns, consult with a qualified healthcare provider. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information you have read or learned through our Service.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When creating your account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

One Account Per Individual: Each account is intended for use by a single individual user only. You may not share your account credentials, password, or access to your account with any other person, including family members, colleagues, or friends. Sharing your account credentials or allowing others to access your account constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Account Monitoring and Termination: We monitor account usage patterns to detect abnormal activity, including but not limited to simultaneous logins from multiple locations, excessive usage that suggests account sharing, or other patterns inconsistent with individual use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that show signs of credential sharing, unauthorized access, or other violations of these Terms. In cases of policy violation, including account sharing, no refunds will be provided for any remaining subscription period.

We may implement technical measures to enforce these account restrictions, including but not limited to IP address tracking, device fingerprinting, and session monitoring. By using our Service, you consent to such monitoring and enforcement measures.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including but not limited to cases of Terms violation, account sharing, or abnormal usage patterns. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the laws and courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
